It's been founded sometime shortly after the Stairs of Dwarovar opened and Goblins escaped from Green Horde.
Military
They've been raiding and fighting for a thousand years, and their numbers are incredibly high still. Even though their members are individually weak, they are strong enough in unison to fend off the Green Horde and Tamwind combined.
Religion
They worship whatever they obsess over.

They sometimes raid and pillage neighboring nations, and are only tolerated due to destroying them not being worth the effort and casualties.
