Ilestone Mine Alliance
The name of this mining company is the fushion of the two surnames of the families that created: the human, with all the resources to make it and the dwarven, with the knowledge and crafmanship to run the company.
The Ilevaryn family name is old and powerful among the humans, no one really knows how the ammass fortune but some generations only wasted and some adquired more gold and power. The current head of the family Diedre Ilervaryn and her brother Mulver Ilervaryn are the one that created the company, with Diedre taking advantage of both the existing gap in mining raw materials: metal and stone as well the bad decisions of the dwaven Stone family who had a long mining history.
The other parter of the Ilestone company, the firestone dwarven family have a lot of financial troubles and put their mining company on sale, but the elder Emkha Firestone struck a deal with Diedre and Mulver Ilevaryn to create a new mining company with multiple branches.
That was a bold and clever move.
Structure
A council of six people are the core, the hearth of the organization.

Provide more than enough materials for all nations: metals, stone and, why not, precios metals and stones.
Public Agenda
Growth. They want to control all mining operations in the continent, but Diedre really wants to rule all Daimon and not only with mining.
Ethics
- Power: Be the most important mininig company in the world
- Honesty: Fair prices and no funny bussiness within the company
- The goal justify the means: If power and growth would be achived so be it lets do it at all cost.
- Slavery: What is not prohibited is allowed. Only to achive our goals not for torture and only where is legal. (almost all continent)
Political Influence & Intrigue
The Ilestone company power came not because the Ilervaryn family that has a lot of money and influence in the human culture.
That void in the raw materials: metal and stone, are the key of the power the company has. Because the main client are the minos and the large human and dwarven kindoms and with that came a lot of contacts, lot of internal affairs and power over the most powerful nations on the world and Diedre now this and knows how to use it.
