Group of six people that has the managment of the Ilestone Mine Alliance
As the company is a partnertship between two families the idea of 1 person in control was a debate, a discusion that nearly breaks the deal. Moreover with the involment of the minos in the mix, cause personal interest, the matter was a stealmate for almost a year. This is where Yossie Tinker make her debute and show his aptitude.
Yossie, a young gnome recently graduated as engineer that work within the firestone mining seize the oportunity, she propose a council with equal participation of both families in the desicion making, that idea was revolutionary; a lot of kings and even the minos have certain number of advisor but having a council, a group of people with equal rights managing a company. At first, maybe the pride of both families don't consider the proposal but Diedre Ilervaryn step in and the council was created with two of the Ilervaryn family, two of the firestone family having a seat and equal voting, even more, she was the one that ofer a seat in the table to the minos and to Yossie, a special seat to one not from the families that will have an outside perspective and the "breaking tie" vote if necessary.
The council at first was named "council of six" but again the Yossie proposal of name it Hexcouncil won.
