he Wayland family name is one of the most respected in the Empire, yet Clara Wayland prefers to go by her own moniker - the Knight of Flowers. After leaving parting ways with her House, who were once great kings of the Kingdom of Eá-galwen before its downfall, Clara has made a name for herself as one of the most celebrated knights of the Empire. Free in spirit and purpose, the Knight of Flowers is said to be embroiled in a heated disagreement with her father, Lord Emilio Wayland, which caused her to leave her ancestral home in the town of Whimbrel some years ago and begin her extensive travels across the Empire. Loyal to no faction or knightly order within the Empire, stories of the Knight of Flowers have gained traction in recent years for her bravery and valour. She has been seen to fight alongside the Knights of the Eclipse against the monstrosities of The Maw many times. The masses have also seen her prowess in the many tourneys across the Empire, improving every year. After three years of strong placements in the grand melee, her title was won in the prestigious dueling contests at the 198th Everglow Tourney, where she bested Sir Gwyilidon, of the Dawn Guard the bodyguard and protector of the now Emperor Davistan XV. Still young, the excitement around Clara's fame is that so much of her tale is yet to be told.
