Solus Prime was a unique being amongst 13 unique beings. First, among all the others she was feminine in appearance and in addressing herself or the others unconsciously using feminine terms to describe her.
Her primary role amongst the 13 Primes was that of builder and designer, but her personality meshed well with the smallest among her fellow primes often assisting Micronus Prime with calming the tempers of the 13 amongst themselves.
She created many artifacts for the primes to bring out their innate talents and weaponize them.
Her greatest gift, however, was never seen by her fellow primes in action. As before her death, she had begun preparing Cybertron itself to become a living planet of metal. Her friends Micronus Prime and Onyx Prime finished her preparations which set in motion all new life on Cybertron via the Well of Allsparks that the Quintessons eventually took control over and renamed Foundry.

Personal history
Solus was happiest doing to things. Spending downtime with Megatronus talking and creating things. Besides the 12 artifacts she built for her fellow primes she designed spaceships that were nearly as intelligent as her. Armor made from the blood of Unicron to allow them to get closer to the evil being which lead to them defeating him long enough for him to be banished.
