People of the Pill aka Watu wa Pilule

Known as the "People of the Pill" _{The Word}. Members of this nation live and work on the O'Neil colonies (Galileo - O'Neil 2 and Paradise - O'Neil 3). The Le Bure were once part of this nation, but separate after gaining independence. Conditions for Highriders on O'Neil 2 and O'Neil 3 are abyssmal on both colonies.

Galileo - O'Neil 2 colony has gone into draconian lockdown. This is the result of O'Neil One revolt. The ESA and Interpol security forces on the colony have cramped down on all of the highriders aboard. The Watu wa Pillule are harassed on a constant basis. Raids on living quarters, outspoken critics being thrown in the brig, or never heard from again in some cases. This has lead to an atmosphere of paranioa for both the Highriders and ESA.

The Watu wa Pilule of O'Neil 2 have no centralized leadership. There are a few charismatic tribe leaders, but there hasn't been an attempt to solidify a chosen (or taken) leader for this nation. There is a movement to see Lilly Bai on Galileo as the leader. The colony is too divided however due to the recent crackdown on any organization movements within the Highrider communities on O'Neil 2. Highriders of Galileo will soon need to do something else they will suffer more subjection as the Fourth Corporate War is waging.

Paradise - O'Neil 3 isn't as strict as Galileo - O'Neil 2. The joint governments of U.S.A. and Japan are more lenient. The The US/Japanese government has been distracted due to the 4th Corporate War. The conditions are a little better and are not as closely monitored as habitats controlled by ESA.

Structure

The Watu wa Pilule are not organized compared to Le Bure. There are several different families and tribes within the nation. The leaders from each of these are vying for control over the whole. Which has lead to some strife in the nation. However, this dirty laundry isn't aired in public, especially to ESA.

The Watu wa Pilule of Galileo - O'Neil 2 is made up several different families/packs. There are two categories to them:

Culture

The Watu wa Pilule are on edge. They are very reserved and never speak unless spoken to by non-members. Outsiders are not welcome. However, even with the harsh treatment by colony security forces, the Watu wa Pilule are tight knit. Their bonds grow stronger with every inch the leash is tightened.
