Paradise - O'Neil 3

Paradise colony was a joint project by the U.S.A. and Japan. The colony houses many corporations from each of these country who don't have facilities in the other space colonials. It is also a tourist destination in space as well.
This colony is less restrictive than facilities run by ESA as security is maintained by corporate assets, contracted by the U.S.A and Japanese governments to maintain order.

A joint committee with representatives from the USA and Japanese government as well as some corporation councilmen.
Architecture
Paradise O'Neil cylinder is is 26 kilometers long and 7.5 kilometers wide. Making the second largest of the O'Neil stations in the L-Zone. The cylinder has 10 alternating glass panels/terra panels to support the colony. Below the terra floors exists the network of tunnels and access ways that runs the mechanics/electronic support systems as well as living, recreation, and manufacturing.
Each of the five panels consists of an area 50km (2km x 25km). The "top" floor consists of grow fields, parks, water, with some residences of upper management. Two panels are dedicated for food and oxygen generation. Another two are a combination of residences, parks, and some food generation. The last panel is for recreation and tourism to the colony. Each panel has 4 sub-levels. These levels contain administration, infrastructure, manufacturing, laboratories, and living quarters for the crew and residences of the station.
