Miyasato Noriyuki
Sub-Coordinator Miyasato is the lead Japanese representation within the Paradise - O'Neil 3 Colony Leadership Team. He works closely with Ethan Wright to lead and manage the colony jointly with the USA.
Like Ethan, Miyasato has rebuffered Arasaka influence as well as Japanese officials who are being manipulated by Arasaka, to implement policies on the habitat to curtail Militech. He has directed many of the colony security forces to look into possible incidents. Miyasato seems to have first hand knowledge of the machination of both Militech and Arasaka. He was able to thwart several sabotage attempts on either corporation.
There is a rumor that something happened in his past which cause some resentment toward Arasaka, but isn't faoving Militech over this.
