Burgomaster's Mansion

The mansion where Baron Vargas Vallakovich and his family, Lydia Petrovna and Victor Vallakovich, live. The party arrived here with Father Lucian Petrovich after saving the town of Vallaki from Ludmilla Vilisevic. 
The baron thanked the party for their efforts and offered them a place as guests of honor at the Festival of the Blazing Sun. He would also agree to give Ireena Kolyana sanctuary should she decide she wanted to stay in Vallaki.
According to rumors in town, one stated by Lady Fiona Wachter, strange blue light was emitting from the upper level of the mansion at night. The party would later confirm this through their observations.
