Victor Vallakovich

The son of Baron Vargas Vallakovich and Lydia Petrovna, Victor Vallakovich is a moody and withdrawn teenager whose main interest has been reading from the formidable collection of books in the Vallakovich family library.  His mood only worsened after his betrothal to the daughter of the rival Wachter family, Stella Wachter.
