Norguard
The northernmost city, Norguard, is an independent community that rarely interacts with the outside world, save for a few adventurers every now and then. This city has way fewer technological advances than other cities due to them having been completely strict with what and who is allowed within the city walls. As an effect to these strict regulations, many never leave home in fear of not being let back in if they ever return.
