Risen Gods

The Risen are beings that are neither Major Gods nor Minor Gods, but are creatures that, through either their birth/creation or through a gathering of power through their own strength or journies, have gained enough power to bestow divine power upon their followers.
These beings are always formerly creatures of the flesh, and many were commonly outsiders of considerable might that have since gained enough power to attract their own cults and followers.
Generally, they are on the same level of influence and power as Minor Gods, but uniquely, the Risen are a reversal of the traditional Deific Ways, and their followers instead depend on them for power, as their faith has no bearing on the power, influence, or nature of their God.
The Risen's powers are thus independent of faith, so they are not as beholden to their followers as Major and Minor Gods are, though they are much rarer.
