Khorelai
A great palace on the World of Pelagant made up of 7 levels, 7 concentric rings on top of each other. The top three rings are in the sky, whilst the bottom 3 are below the waves. The central ring lies just above sea level and is the largest ring, whilst the top and bottom rings are the smallest. Travel between the rings occurs in the centre where there is 7 large hexagonal platforms that travel between the rings.
This palace functioned as the home and lab of the Thitan, Alivel before it became part of the City of Portals. At first the top and bottom rings are unable to be accessed by the people of the City of Portals because Alivel is still using these two levels for her research.
