Moromu-Koki

One of three cities to exist on the world of Pelagant. It is a huge city constructed in twisting and labyrinthine caverns in the depths of the ocean and is the home of the Kephala. Outsiders have never entered the city, though knowledge of it exists among the surface dwellers.
It is ruled by Huhelawa, the Queen of the Kephala.
The city is lit by bio-luminescence of coral that is domesticated and gardened by the Kephala. Probably the most beautiful city in all the worlds of the Eshanjar Khorus.
