Kelp Forest of Owe

Great expanse of kelp just to the south of the city of Shosai'o. Extremely rich fishing grounds. The Kelp growth is extremely dense so nets are fairly useless here. Fishing in the region is done by diving with spears or with fishing hooks.
Said to be the home of the great Mango-Tal.
