Demographics

Inhabited primarily by Dark Fae and humans, the large swath of land ensures that the diversity of wealth and power is vast. The general distribution of social-economic privilege is that the more southeast one is, the poorer and less well off one is. This district is the home of Jaime Rutherford.

Government

The biggest district of Cielo Vista falls under the jurisdiction of the Dark Fae. Controlled by one of the Hecate's lieutenants, most Dark Fae are left to their own devices. There are many dark rumors surrounding the lieutenant such as that one Fae could not possibly rule that much territory alone, the population is used as a food source for his/her appetites, and that he/she actually doesn't exist but is instead an alias created by the Hecate to grab more power.
