Architecture

The University was constructed using a mix of practical and magical methods. The beautiful brick and wood work are accented with levitating lights and gorgeous illusions. The Neoclassical architecture focuses on the Rococo style of naturalistic ornament, beautiful symmetry and simple geometry.

History

Established soon after the founding of the city, this prestigious university teaches its students arcane magic and skills. The Rutherfords were primary donors for the institute and thus the university was named after the founding family. Back when it was first founded, the University was only available to Light Fae students and staff. However after many many appeals to the Hecate, the Dark Fae finally were able to attend the University beginning in 1967. Though the demographics are still skewed to favor the Light Fae, there are a good number of Dark Fae who attend the university.
