Rasvan Nicolae Beoril

Count Rasvan Beoril, also known as Count Beonid, is the ruler of County Beonid in the northeastern part of the Kingdom of Falcrest. A smaller man of slender frame, Beoril is a sharp, cunning individual responsible for that county's growth and opening it to the Dunmaer tribes from the other side of the Midafair Sea.
