Augean Agrology Solutions (or AugSol) is currently the largest provider of soil-grown foodstuffs to the western coast of Aetherica. Every corner grocery in every city and arcology along the west coast will have shelves filled with a variety of AugSol products. But the recent increase in popularity of vat-grown, artificially flavored, protein cubes has begun to impact the sales figures of AugSol in recent quarters. It is quite likely that AugSol Counter-Marketing Units have been deployed to hamper the continued growth of their competitors.
Recently, rumor-mongers have begun to indicate that AugSol has lost contact with some of their more remote Agro-Domes. Whether this is through external tampering, or internal conflict has yet to be determined. But the odds-makers are favoring the latter.
Any thorough examination of AugSol's history logs will reveal a powerful corporation willing to use all tactics necessary to be steps ahead of their rivals. From the proprietary information they seem to frequently glean from their rivals, most intelligence officers assume AugSol has planted agents in vital rolls within most of their rivals, as well as some of their allies.
Persons in the know whisper about the dwindling importance of AugSol. They whisper because AugSol has, upon minor provocation, gone far out of it's way to inflict harm upon those it feels has wronged its interests. The rumor-mongers currently suggest that AugSol has covert agents conducting such an operation at this time.
Structure
AugSol is lead by their chief agricultural officer (CAO) Argo Augean. His press package declares him to be a direct descendant of Roy Augean, AugSol's founder and first CAO.
An assortment of Directors and Sub-Directors run the many Agro-Domes that grow and supply the soil-grown foodstuffs that keep AugSol an economic powerhouse.
The lowest member of the AugSol team is the Hand. These salt-of-the-earth type folks provide the brute workforce that plant, grow, harvest, pack, and ship all of the various soil-grown foodstuffs produced in the Agro-Domes. The intensity of these tasks usually means that most Hands never see the outside of an Agro-Dome.

History
AugSol was founded by Roy Augean early on in the colonization of Athys. Most scholars who study the colonization era agree that Augean Agrology Solutions was founded and functioning by the year 173 C.P. (Colonia Princeps).
It quite successfully managed to survive the many upheavals that befell humanity in the intervening millennia to now be a powerful and respected corporation in current times.
