Ouennia

Structure
Ouennia is a rather traditional hereditary monarchy, with a Sovereign Prince or Princess, dukes, marquises, counts, viscounts, barons and the like. Ouennia's monarchy is a branch offshoot of the Coronfloralie nobility.
History
Originally a Principality of Coronfloralie, Ouennia seceded during the Vignobles Wars and the Prince of Ouennia became the Sovereign Prince of Ouennia.
