The War Sparks Up Again

The war spadunks back into motion and both sides have had time to gather their forces.

Unlike in Africa, where Goners were getting the luxury of being able to take territory very quickly due to the surprise and struggle to get reinforcements to their needed positions for the humans, the Goners have to slowly hack away at the defense of Europe and the Middle East, taking tonnes of casualties in the process. Even with the fact that the Goners ultimately do take the majority of Europe and almost all of the Middle East, the damage dealt to them while doing so spells their downfall. It's during this invasion into Europe and the Middle East that General Aramis gets to rise the ranks and utterly rekk them Goners later.
