Goners of the 1st Invasion have now taken all of Africa and claim that they're willing to stop there and that that's all they want, resulting in a short stop to the fighting. This is actually a load of BS but hey anything for both sides to be able to gather utterly bonkers forces in the Middle East and Europe and make the ground run red with blood, the rocks in pieces with bullets among them and the air heavy (and a bit more carcinogenic than usual) with dispersed plasma.

Meanwhile the population of Africa is either forced into labour camps, executed for having military knowledge of any kind (yeah they didn't add human armies to their own or disband them: they executed all the soldiers), emigrates (usually with half of each group dying along the way to either hard conditions or a Goner patrol stumbling across them) or lives in relative luxury for helping the Goners take over. This process is done largely at once, as before everyone was just having their weapons confiscated and nothing else really changed in daily life, so that the soldiers of militaries of to-be-conquered places couldn't anticipate this and become permanent guerilla fleas on the Goner army's back.
