Heir Apparent of Ostican (a.k.a. The Lady of the Rose)

Lady Cynthia Dey Malric is the oldest child of Duke Ospir Dey Malric, and the heir apparent to the city of Ostican. Lady Cynthia is a well-reonowned knight of the realm of The Kingdom of the Swadians, and her retinue of knights are known to be some of the best shock cavalry of the entire realm, frequently deployed in her father's cavalry forces. She is also known for her enchanting beauty. Her pale skin, fiery eyes and white hair attract suitors from across the cream of Swadian nobility. None have been given the honour of marrying her though, even with many stating that she is reaching the point where she ought to be marrying and having children.
She is also the commander of a controversial mercenary company, called the company of the bloodied rose. Numbering only a few hundred fighters, they are known for being some of the most loyal and effective mercenaries anywhere, with many membership rituals and trials surrounding them. On occasion she leads them personally into battle, and will draw from their ranks and members to add to her personal retinue.
She has little interest in governance, and so she passed on the lordship of Rovalt to continue fighting and leading. This has been met with mixed responses among the nobility. Some see her as the epitome of knightly virtue, having interest only in noble battle, while others see her as a foolish girl who will never make a good ruler and only a good fighter. Either way, she carries such force of presence that when she enters a room, people stop and listen. When she stands behind her father, the two make up a presence that can bring the greatest of kings to stumble over their words nervously.
