Peter Watanabe (a.k.a. Pete the Sledgehammer)

Pete Watanabe was an American police officer, working personally with and spying on Rudy Giuliani for the Buddha's Tears cult.
After August Laine helped in 1999 to destroy the copies of The Nightlands that were stored at Masters Warehouse, Pete informed Sara Fitzgerald that August was likely to be the False One's Chosen of Eight and passed down Takeshi Kitano's decision that Sara must kill August.
