Dóchas Caillte
Once the most coveted conservatory in all the world, this location boasted the most prestigious education for up and coming artistic and musical talents available. Led by the well respected Seanachaisian headmistress, Líadan Zavala, the alumni of he conservatory were renown for the impacts they had upon the places they went following their time there. The building itself was a wonder of architecture, having been designed by the headmistress herself in her early endeavors to build the edifice it would one day become, the structure is filled with unique twists and curves, doorways and chambers that only become visible when they are approached at the right angle, magical portals that move one through the structure without having to walk, and more. The contents of the art that was held there is a topic of legend, their galleries and vaults said to contain the greatest works of art ever to be created since the Primordial March bent the world into existence.

History
When Líadan Zavala began construction on her conservatory, it was little more than a fanciful dream. She had enjoyed a life of fanciful pursuits and enjoyed the gift of her people, music and art. These things flowed from Líadan with a passion that was impressive even among the talent she was surrounded by, and it did not go without notice. Her natural charisma and undeniable talent worked well in her favor and it took very little time for her to gather a large throng of followers that assisted in the fulfillment of her dream. It took a mere five years for construction to be completed, and within another year, the doors of her conservatory were opened. She named her school, "Dóchas", the word for Hope, as she desired greatly to inspire the peoples of the world to just that, and sought tirelessly to do so.
Architecture
The structure itself is a wonder of the world. Many new forms of design are said to have sprung from the creation of this building thanks to the headmistress's creative vision.
