Emnil-Wreth, now called Redsrei, is a small town of roughly 6,500 Regalti and a handful of Vusinor. It sits on the coast to the south of the Kitskre mountains. The Town itself is a small 5 square kilometer area with a few thousand Regalti, with a large amount of farmland for thousands of square kilometers around, populated by a around fifty thousand more Regalti. About 10 Kilometers to the North, on the Summit of Mt. Blue Moon, is a temple dedicated to Sevi, and several festivals are held in her honor through the year.

It is a sleepy little town, and not much happens here. Centuries ago, Emnil-Wreth used to be a major regional city, with a population of 25 million Regalti. It was one of the major manufacturing centers of Vefaria, really the whole world. Nearly everything you can imagine was probably made here in one of the city's many gigantic factories. Phones, satellites, ships, cars, components for space habitats, and more were all built here. The gigantic cables that run the space elevator in Argen and other locations of the planet were made in this city. the downtown area was one of the most technologically locations in the world at the time, utilizing technology for transportation, lighting, and other things that placed it decades ahead of other cities in their development

Today though, there isn't much of that grand city left. All of the factories are in ruins, mostly reclaimed by nature. Where there are buildings and large industrial vehicles left, they are covered in dirt and plants and have the appearance of hills. Where there were large parking lots and roadways, there are grassy fields or farmland. The downtown area once had more skyscrapers than anywhere else in the world, and also had some of the tallest. Well, many of the skyscrapers are still standing and will remain this way for another century or so, but the downtown area is quiet other than the occasional calls of wildlife, and everything is overgown with grass and flowers. Some city blocks haven't seen a Regalti step foor there in over a decade.

Being such a large, important city, what could have caused it to be abandonded? Plague? Earthquake? War? Famine? It was actually the same thing that caused nearly all Regalti to leave Planet Collena Collena. It was an event known as the Exodus. Many Regalti went up into space to live and work there. As a result of Regalti civilization moving there, Emnil-Wreth became unimportant almost overnight. Most of the factories shuttered and people left.

Some people held on for decades before giving up and moving on but some refused to leave the area and kept living there. The Regalti we see today in the new town of Redsrei are mostly descended from the priests and priestesses than maintained the Blue Moon Temple, or from fishers, farmers and wood workers who saw no point in moving to Space.

Aside from Redsrei, there are a number of small villages dotting the area with numerous surrounding farms. The area is still populated, and more populated than you would think, but it is almost no one compared to the old city and the scale of the many stone and metal ruins hat still stand everywhere.
