Bardain
Bardain was a young adventurer, hailing from Chillport in Northcoast. With his twin longswords, he aimed to spread the word of both the Lord and the Lady, striving to find balance. He proved a capable warrior and a solid friend. Unfortunately, his life was cut short when his zealotry got the better of him, and he tried to attack Brusa, the mystical guardian bear of the sanctuary of the Pater-Bear. The fight was short, and ended with Bardain's brutal death.
Physical Description
Bardain kept himself fit through being active, and had a fairly athletic build.
As a paladin, Bardain had a raft of special abilities, including being able to lay on hands, and a small selection of religious magic.
While fairly generically armoured and outfitted Bardain carried two longswords, Shadow's Death and Dawnbreaker, that appeared to be magical in some way. Over the short time they knew him, his friends saw the swords change appearance at least once.
Mental characteristics
Bardain was highly driven to be an exemplar of his chosen Gods wills. While he tended to stay lawful on most things, he strove to find balance, so could at times be benevolent in the name of the Lord, or harsh in the name of the Lady.
Personality Characteristics
Bardain took a serious disliking to anyone who spoke ill of the gods or their plans. He was also highly uncomfortable with concept that the gods may not be telling people the truth, even going so far as to outright denounce it as lies.
Bardain had very few actual vices, having never had the time to develop them. His zealotry, however, not only proved to be his downfall, but could blind him to obvious answers and solutions on occasion.
Social
Bardain travelled with a group of fellow adventurers; Levi, Esme, Ash, and Adelgarn
Bardain has parents, Barvon and Daina, in Chillport.
Bardain was an ardent believer in The Pantheon, specifically the Lord and the Lady. His rigid belief left no room to accept any other god-like beings.
While charismatic in his own way, Bardain possessed more of the charm of innocence, and still seemed to be a somewhat awkward teenager.
