Skaala
Once a fair heiress of the Elven Empire, Skaala has lived a tremulous life as one of the final royal children born to the elven council. Clinging to her brass wyrmling dragoness companion, she witnessed the downfall of her kingdom through insurrection and infertility.
While her adolescence remains largely unknown, a tale of her kidnap by a 'yellow dragon' spread throughout the kingdom. When attempting to find the princess, rescuers would only find a medusa named Siswa whom she would petrify and feed to her pet. The song of the 'Maiden of the North' was quite popular in the Northern Wylds until the rapture of the Halflings. Since then, the yarn is rarely spun and has mostly gone forgotten save one tavern in Eastgate.
