Public Agenda

For all those operations that the Empire requires secrecy, deniability, and foreign intervention, it is the Enclave of Shadow that is called upon.

Assets

Unknown. It is a heavily guarded secret the true breadth and scope of the Enclave in order to protect those agents currently active in foreign lands from being captured.

History

The establishment of the Enclave was based on the necessity for information, especially after the first run ins with Jhordheim as previously the kingdom of giants was a distant threat from stories and tales, rarely raiding and looting far off settlements. As time went on and the Empire inevitably drew closer, the need to understand Jhordheim increased, and as such the power of the Enclave increased.
