The Ninth Unknown

As assassins, the culture of The Ninth Unknown is to support the training of the body into a weapon. Mind and body are trained daily for the task of rooting out and killing the insider threats to the Empire.

Assets

They say that The Ninth Unknown has established safe houses in every major city, but their headquarters is located somewhere in the mountains of the empire so as to be isolated and unknown to those who do not need to know.

History

Founded by a hero of the empire set on destroying those who would see the emperor fall. It was established as the ninth seat on the Imperial Council, but not a present one. Hence why it is called The Ninth Unknown, because even the Imperial Council is not supposed to know their whereabouts or mission. Those were the old days though, and few have heard tale of a death by The Ninth Unknown in a long time, some say they were disbanded, others that they were killed in a conspiracy, the truth has yet to be uncovered.
