Autumn Court

The Autumn Court operates much as described in Changeling: The Lost, Second Edition, page 43, with some changes specific to the Silver Spire. The Autumn Monarch is determined by popular vote among Autumn Courtiers, with Casey Dalton serving as the current Queen of Autumn. The monarch appoints officials, including a champion of the court, with Ziegfried Zapf serving as the Sorcerer of Autumn. This democratic process is, however, subject to intimidation tactics, typically resulting in fearsome monarchs who frequently secure their incumbancy using their power. Historically, this has lead to a cycle of a monarch being corrupted by their power until Autumn Courtiers are spurred into overturning the administration under a more benevolent leader, such as Casey Dalton. It remains to be seen if she manages to break or continue the cycle.
