Changeling
Changelings are former mortals who were lured, abducted, or otherwise taken by the True Fae into the realm of Arcadia. Over their Durance there, they changed in various fashions, becoming part fae themselves, and escaped. They are generally categorized into six Seemings: Beast, Darkling, Elemental, Fairest, Ogre, and Wizened. Additionally, they have one of countless Kiths, granting them particular talent in a skill and a form of fae trickery activated by spending Glamour.
Nearly all Changelings have experienced some form of trauma, abuse, or neglect at the hands of their True Fae Keeper. Having their minds and nature altered for the sake of their Keepers' fantasies means changelings struggle with Clarity whenever their perceptions or autonomy are put into question.
