Sir Amlodd ͏͏͏͏ (a.k.a. The Purple Rose of Appleton Thorn)

Amlodd was a Cambrian knight born in Cheshire and grandfather of Sir Amlyn of Winterbourne Stoke. Amlodd was the second lord of Appleton Thorn.
He died as a decorated war hero in the Battle of Carlion, saving the grandfather of Collin, among others.
His coat of arms was a purple rose against a gold chevron on a blue field.
