Cyning Æsc ͏͏͏͏
Æsc is a Jutish Saxon warlord and the king of Kent, the Saxon-occupied territory south-east of Logres. He is the son of Cyning Hengest of Kent, and inherited his title.
As Æsc hails from Jutland, he is a Jute and not technically a Saxon at all; the term Saxon is used colloquially.
His sister Rowena was married to High King Vortigern.
Æsc attempted to raid Salisbury at the Battle of Salisbury, and Æsc killed High King Aurelius Ambrosius Pendragon. Ultimately, his army was defeated and he escaped.
He was part of the Alliance of the East Saxons.
