Ætheling Horsa

Ætheling Horsa ͏͏͏͏

Horsa was a Jutish Saxon warlord and prince, and brother of Hengest. Alongside his brother, he allied with High King Vortigern before betraying him at Stonehenge during The Night of the Long Knives, taking control of Britain.   As Horsa hailed from Jutland, he was a Jute and not technically a Saxon at all; the term Saxon is used colloquially.   He was killed in a duel with King Katigern of Powys.
