Wailing Peaks
An interesting natural phenomenom causes waterfalls to flow from the peaks of these large cliffs into the ocean causing the impression that the mountains themselves are crying. Besides there stunning appearance the site has great significance to a number of religions. In general the peaks reach higher heights than any other mountains in Troïka and are thus belive to be the closet one can get to the gods. Many have claimed to expirence signs, messages and vissages of the gods there leading to many elderly in the final years of there lives with the ability to travel to seak out the peaks in an attempt to meat there god before there demise.
The following religions have a monestairy and a place of worship for pilgrims in the Wailing Peaks.
- Followers of Uchimura use the height of the peaks to gaze at the Isle of the Midnight queen in reverence of her.
- Followers of Sol see the pure majesty and beauty of the peaks as a sign of the gods greatness.
- Followers of Arimya and the daughters Glory , Honor, Battle and Peace believe the tears of the peak come from Arimiya and her daughters due to the ever present conflict in the world and the unfairness present within them. War and Conquest are excluded from this for it is not belived they shed tears.
- Followers of Madame Tristesse belive the peaks have healing propertiers for they carry the tears of there god
- Followers of Forgéron have build a smith deep within the mountains that sells nothing but scraps made in the training of smiths or the highest class arms possible. They use the waters of the waterfall to cool there arms as a nod to there god using the grail.
- Followers of The endless maze without a grail see a search for the grail within the mountains as an omage to there god.
- Followers of d'Arinye come to the peaks to pray for the grail to never be found.
- Followers of Chevalier Martyre come to the peaks in pilgrimage in a mostly symbolic effert to find the grail and take its curse upon themselves so it may befall no other.
- Some followers of D'egoutrat come to the peaks in order to prey on other pilgrims and travelers to sustain themselves.
- Followers of Annoy'rne The Grail of the nameless King sometimes come to the peaks to perform profane rituals in hopes to summon there god.
