The divine vermin scavenger

Durring the height of the Kings reign wine would flow from the The Immortal Grail at almost all moments of the day. Durring grant feasts the king and his guesst would gorge themselves on the consencrated fluid but with ample supply there was little regard to that which was spilled. This led to rats in the bowels of the palice gourgin themselves on the fluids of immortality with some even managingto drown in it. This would not simply remain at only wine as even the blood from Il Madre Diable's foul exploits would eventualy reach bellow. Durring the end of the Kings reign when the supply became scarce the rats fought amoung themselves having gained a need for the grail's powers. In the end one rat having gourged himself on the grail's power and all the other rats gained the powers of a god. 

Followers of D'egoutrat are usualy the downtrodden and extreamly despret. The edges of society scavenging the crumbs of the city to survive.
