This organisation represents the will of Emperor Eltnam Cordullius.
The purpose of this page is mostly to show the relations of the other noble houses to the Emperor.

Close Relations
The new emperor is the first to engage in good faith diplomacy with the circle and seeks to help them. This has made the Circle verry loyal to the Emperor which he in turn greatly appreciates.
Supporting
Emperor Eltnam Cordullius often request House Wishmaker for there expertise and there happy to oblige.
Fervent Support
House Mirbello has thrown there full weight behind the new Emperor. Emperor Eltnam Cordullius in turn apriciates this but has not shown as much favor to House Mirbello as one might expect.
Disparaging
House Saelethil sees the new emperor as a direct insult and threat to them for taking the position they where originaly expected to recieve.
In turn Emperor Eltnam Cordullius is wary of them but does see some truth in there philosophy on leadership.
Undecided
The former Emperor Votun had made an agreement with House Saelethil that in the event the head of there house would be ellected as the new Emperor they would help support House Justice in various militairy endevours. Despite this Votun on his deathbed elected Emperor Eltnam Cordullius. Votun was verry respected within House Justice but many feel this was against the spirit of the agreement with House Saelethil even if it wasn't a breach of contract. Because of this House Justice is waiting to see if this ellection was an act of justice or not before they oppose or support the new Emperor.
In turn Emperor Eltnam Cordullius is wary of the house since he has openly stated he wishes to change many of the laws of the Solstrum Principality and it is as of yet unclear if this goes against the ideolegy of House Justice.

Tense
The emperor has made his distrust of House Zetsubo clear and expects them to deliver results above the norm to compensate for there shady origins. House Zetsubo sees the emperor as a threat to there power.
