Structure
Besides its function as a noble house, House Justice serves as a peer group for the topic of law, both in terms of interpertations and practical effects as well as the enforcement of the law. Members of house justice regularly come together and discuss these various topics to help eachother with there professions. These discussions, called Getzraad, have become a much appreciated part of House Justice to the extend where even those who wished to leave nobility where hesitant to leave the Getzraad behind. In the end exceptions would be made creating a sort of branch of the Justice family for those who shared its values and in there professions practised 'Justice' but had no interest in the politics and other responsibilites of nobilites. These individuals have there names changed and no longer bear the name 'Justice".
There are a few common last names associated with house justice. Whilst not officialy of nobility if they don't possed the name 'Justice' these individuals still attend the Getzraad and thus do have some politcal influence.

History
House Justice started out durring the Tragodian Empire with Judge Klarm Reesor. He was wildly respected for his astute observations in court often seeying trough the lies of the accused and the accuser alike and discovering corruption within the guard. He was in fact so well respected that Emperor Tragodia I gave him a noble title. Afterwards Klarm saw fit to educate his children in the strict importance of the law and its intricacies. Eventually House Reesor developed spanning most of the empire with respected judges everywhere that collaborated on the correct interpretations of the law.
After the assassination of the False Tragodia House Reesor found out the identity of the assassin rather quickly. But after heated internal debate the at the time newly appointed head of the house refused to share the identity of the assassin or prosecute him. House Reesor had always held the law above all but anybody could see that whilst legally the emperor, the False Tragodia was a fool that was ruining this country. The head of House Reesor decreed, that whilst this murder wasn't lawful, it was in fact on the side of Justice. After this he renamed his house to House Justice. Vowing to not simply follow corrupt laws, but to instead follow what is right. To follow JUSTICE.

Eroding mutual Respect
Both houses respect the Law. They just have different interpertations on what the laws should be. They see this diffrence as a respectable difference of opinon and generally get allong well. Recently the lack of House Justice's oposition to the new Emperor despite there agreement with House Saelethil has made the elf house quite upset.
Undecided
The former Emperor Votun had made an agreement with House Saelethil that in the event the head of there house would be ellected as the new Emperor they would help support House Justice in various militairy endevours. Despite this Votun on his deathbed elected Emperor Eltnam Cordullius. Votun was verry respected within House Justice but many feel this was against the spirit of the agreement with House Saelethil even if it wasn't a breach of contract. Because of this House Justice is waiting to see if this ellection was an act of justice or not before they oppose or support the new Emperor.
In turn Emperor Eltnam Cordullius is wary of the house since he has openly stated he wishes to change many of the laws of the Solstrum Principality and it is as of yet unclear if this goes against the ideolegy of House Justice.

Neutral
House Zetsubo thinks of House Justice as stuck op bureaucrats. House Justice on the other hand respects the Ambition of House Zetsubo and has no quarrel with them since they tend to follow the letter of the law.
Collaboration by necessity
The Circle has a general distrust of the houses of the Solstrum Principality. House Justice has created further animosity with their public dislike of the Circle seeing them as lawless vagrants. Despite this out of necessity House Justice requires the services of the Circle and does not see them beyond redemption.
