Úrkoma
The bastion of Golíatlendir (Alliance) lies at the northwestern-most portion of the Frozen Coast. In this singular location, the Golaiths, Firbolgs, Dragonborn, and Dwarves meet to discuss, plan, and muster what troops they need to meet their goals. Between here and Gemheart, this alliance has quite the choice of staging grounds.

Defences
A tall wooden palisade is the first thing travelers appraoching by land would see, along with several banners featuring the symbol of Úrkoma along it's length. Watchtowers dot the palisade at regular intervals and are manned on regular 8-hour rotations. Additional defenses lie on the port-side as the harbor has 5 fortified towers built on several smaller islands away from the physical docks on land. Each tower has a custom-built dwarven scorpion atop it, designed to fire piercing rounds with astonishing force. Along the hight of the structures are many murder holes as well. A final defence includes a massive chain fence that can be raised between these towers.

Geography
Situated on a slight peninsula, Úrkoma tends to benefit from the ocean winds and isn't quite as cold as settlements closer to the mountains. Even still, many nights are at or below freezing temperatures and the summers are brief but mild. The surrounding forest is not quite as thick as it is for its eastern and southern neighbors, though it still holds enough cover for large and small game.
Natural Resources
As the foremost whaling outpost among all of the Quadruple Alliance, the whale products are its most valuable products. Oil in particular is heavily valued and distributed to the other settlements, Gemheart in particular is very fond of this supply, though they appeared to have made many breakthroughs with black powder.
Lumber, peat, and other harvestable materials are frequently collected year round, though the firbolgs tend to manage the surrounding lands well enough to avoid severe deforestation.
The game in the forests and the maritime wildlife tend to suffice for the subsistence of the population, though there is still some export activity thanks to the ice found at these altitudes, as well as the ocasional spell that keeps food fresher for longer.
