The gods of Beren'Dor are unique. Like the realms themselves, most came into being as thought experiments, or expressions of Shaddai. Or at least, that is how what the priests and clerics tell us. Each child of Shaddai, each god, has their own areas of responsibilities, personalities, and yes, even conflicting ideologies and thoughts at times. Many has been the times where clerics and priests have discussed whether it is the gods themselves conflicting with one another, or merely Shaddai's thoughts conflicting, though such theological discussions are purely academic, it seems. Whether it be Shaddai's conflicted ideologies in regards to various aspects of the world, or gods with wills, personalities, and sentience of their own has no bearing on the truth: the gods, in whatever form they take, exist, and they continue to lead and guide, as gods are wont to do.
Though the gods are the same throughout Beren'Dor, it is not uncommon for them to be known by different names.
