Carwyn's Creations
On the surface level of the Smithing District is a converted forge now known as Carwyn’s Creations. This boutique bakery looks like a lot the other smithies on the outside but inside it provides fine pastries, pies and breads for the more wealthy inhabitants of the city. At the moment it’s still very much an undiscovered gem, with most of the affluent citizens expecting this level of craftmanship in the Garden Quarter or the Soularium rather than the industrial Smithing District.
Carwyn is the son of a smith, but whose passion was food so when his father passed he converted the smithy into its current form, repurposing the forge into a very unconventional oven. He is constantly looking for new flavours and techniques to improve his craft, and is touched by stories of how his food affected his customer’s lives.
He is a short dwarf with curly, shaggy red hair hugging his face and a short, cropped beard. He has freckles across his ruddy cheeks and nose and his green eyes sparkling beneath some bushy eyebrows.
