Blue Water Inn
The Blue Water Inn is a large traveller's inn within the walls of Vallaki, right near the gates and the dockyards. The Inn is owned and operated by Urwin Martikov and his wife Danika Dorakova, and is staffed further by their two sons Brom Martikov and Bray Martikov.
The Blue Water Inn serves as the primary rest stop for travellers through Vallaki, and is often patronised year-round with up to a dozen traders and travellers. Despite this, it is built to house at least ten times that number, being a rather huge building, and as such is often large and echoing. Its many rooms are said to be "rented by the rats" by the locals, commenting on its rather large rodent population, despite its otherwise exceedingly clean standards.
History
The Blue Water Inn is actually the oldest building in Vallaki, having been constructed shortly after the Zarossian invasion as a temporary domicile for the workers who were building the rest of the town. It passed through several hands, being used as the first meeting hall, and eventually the Burgomeister's home, before being sold to the Martikov Family.
