Who are the Paragons?
The Paragons are a complicated secretive and powerful organization in the Realm. They are all gifted with the use of magic, and all are dedicated to the maintaining of the Law and the will of the Devouring Mother. When they are in public they work in small groups of three. There is always one senior and two junior Paragons. The authority of the Paragons varies depending on the task that they must complete.
The Instructor Paragons are the most obvious and recognizable of the organization. They wear the Paragon Armour which is often covered with a larger dark leather travel cloak or coat. The Instructors work hard to educate citizens on the Law and to maintain their dire and fearful reputation. They are almost always accompanied by an entourage of Slaves or Indentured.
If the process of education fails, and citizens continue to endevour against the will of the Devouring Mother, it is the Instructor's roll to deliver appropriate discipline and correction.
Instructor (60%) - Those who walk amongst the Realm ensuring that the laws are known and maintained. “Every breath. Maintained.”
The Administrators rarely draw attention to themselves. Citizens rarely know that they are interacting with a team of Administrators. Administrators have excellent investigative skills and are very subtle. They often alert the Instructors to anomalies that need to be corrected.
Administrator (30%) - Those who work within the great cities to ensure that the proper accounting of Breath is maintained. “Every breath. Accounted.”
The Pioneers are only ever seen away from the Devouring Mother when she has a specific task for them to complete. They are always seen with The Devouring Mother when she tours the Realm.
Pioneer - (10%) - Those who strive to further the understanding of the will of the Devouring Mother. They are her personal attendants, guards, and scholars. “Every breath. Taken.”

As the other governmental organization established to proper prosperity of the Realm, Paragons effectively have any assets of their locality.
History
The history of the Paragons is not commonly known. Citizens speak of the the Paragons as if they were a force of nature, a Law of themselves.
