Sara is a mad genius.

Through careful study and experimentation she has developed serums that when taken regularly can prolong a human life indefinitely, as her 600+ years of life demonstrate. In this time she has developed a complicated network of spies working in parallel and in cooperation with The Other Brotherhood Medicament. 

Her organization doesn’t have an official name, but all of her agents are cooks. And, all strive to copy her recipes. It’s a friendly competition. Sure she could give our her recipes, but then where would the drive and need to experiment, explore for the best ingredients, and ultimately the thrill of success go if everything was just handed out on a fancy platter.
