The Seat of the Emperor

Located on the island of Elu'Sasoya, The Seat of the Emperor houses the ruler of The AIS (Allied Islands of Sasoya). While there is a retreat on each of the islands that the emperor is escorted to and allowed to stay, particularly on trips to visits their advisers for the main cities, The Seat of the Emperor is considered the official home.
It is here that the emperor makes important decisions, associates with nobles, practices their craft (Such as horseback riding, penmanship, archery, or whatever else is seen as royal responsibilities), and otherwise lives. The grand villa also houses several noble families, either descended down the line as friends of the emperor, or cousins, as well as the royal servants and advisers, as well as a bevy of Haogunnel troops.

It is the home to the emperor, their family, servants, advisers, and chosen noble families.
