Thal's Scent Emporium

A shop for scented insence, candles and purfumes. The store is very well lit and has ventilation through various windows that can be adjusted as the weather changes.

The shop is 150 square feet of shelves and tables displaying various producst to disperse fragrances and to store them. The shop carries soaps, handkerchiefs, popuri, perfumes, candles, and scented woods.

Thal is of average height and thin. He has medium length thinning light brown hair and yellow green eyes. He has no facial hair, a fair complexion and squinty eyes. He wears a cyan colored apron, with various colored stains and scorch marks on it.

Architecture

A small sign hangs outside above the main entrance to the building with "Thal's Scent Emporium" carved into it.

The building is built around a Linden frame, with mortared stone. A small front porch offers shelter from the weather. The second story support beams stick out through the outer wall to provide the anchor for an awning in the front of the building. There are several shuttered windows on the wall, all painted red.

The only entrance to this establishment is through a heavy new Aviron Maple door. The short entryway has 3 small high windows along each side. There are chairs to sit and wait on either side. The main room is has hanging Cata Iron lanterns polished and light the area.

Down a small eastern hallway is a set of stairs leeding up to an apartment.

History

The shop was a small school, bakery and then pawn shop before this. The school moved to a bigger building. The bakery went out of business and the pawn shop owner was murdered. Now Tal has his shop.
