Storm Family Foundation Organization in Aviron | World Anvil

Storm Family Foundation

The Museum is a privately-owned foundatoin. Investors can buy a percentage of the business and this entitles them to a proportional vote in all decisions as part of the Board of Directors. Edorek maintains a controlling share and appoints himself Chairman of the Board.

Initial creation of the Museum will require a lot of money. Initial investors will make up the original Board of Directors. Specific numbers for 1% of the company will be determined later.

Structure

There are 3 classes of people who are valued by the Museum Institute and thus there are 3 different ways to climb the ladder. Individuals can mix and match as their desires and abilities demand. Think of it as a single Path, wide enough for 3 people to walk it.

It’s hard to put a # value or $ value on ancient artifacts. Thus, it would be nearly impossible to say “Rank X requires a contribution of Y artifacts.” Instead, awards and membership to certain societies are given to contributors based on the voting of a body of their peers. Just like a Nobel Prize. The voting body can be A) The entire Voting Body, B) The Board, or C) Current members of this award class. The awards are as follows:
