Ireland
A large landmass in the Northwest of the Avalonian Sea. Ireland is a contested area between the many courts of Ireland with the largest of the two being the Sun Court and the Moon Court.
Geography
Ireland is a place of dense forests and rolling plains. Ripe with flora and fauna, this small plane acts as home to thousands of creatures from fey to elementals. Geography in this land varies greatly between the moon court and the sun court and the strangely stark changes in temperature due to differences in vegetation and placement near Iceland.
Ireland sits shallowly in the Avalonian sea with a large spherical body of material orbiting the Island by falling into the sea off the west coast and rising again in the east. It's unknown whether the mass reflects light from a sun or if it emits its own. The light from the moon of Ireland is a dangerous one that seems to change the minds of those overly exposed to it and changes flora in the areas it touches.
Off the West coast of Ireland is a small island called Hy-Brasil which is unassociated with both the Moon Court and the Sun Court and is its own court called The Court of Spores. This small island is home to many species of mushroom with massive forests of mycelium across the area and an unknown number of species or beings living on the island.
Fauna & Flora
Fey and faeries are incredibly common in Ireland (e.g. boggarts, red caps, merrow, pixies, etc.). Fey are the most common creatures in Ireland with most normal animals being turned into fey through evolution and magical exposure. Blink dogs and giant elk and the like are examples of how the moonlight and fog of Ireland have magically altered generations of creatures.
The types of Flora in an area is largely determined by the amount of sunlight and moonlight that the area gets. More moonlight means larger plants and more mystical landscapes with minimal tree cover. More sun means taller trees that cover areas in shade. The places where these areas are easiest to differentiate are around the Hill of Tara which has large amounts of sunlight and massive canopies, and the island of Hy-Brasil off the west coast of Ireland which is closest to where the moon sets in Avalon with massive forests of overgrown moss and mushrooms.
Natural Resources
Ireland doesn't have very many unique resources to it's own area. What it lacks in exports it makes up for in artistry and elegance in crafts. From silks to pottery, the people of Ireland have mastered the naturals arts with Yzgard being their closest competitor in metal and carpentry. Many unique spices and plants do exist in Ireland though, specifically in Hy-Brasil and other places outside of the sunshine. These plants are rare in the wild and near impossible to cultivate in a controlled setting making these less massive exports and more a place for guilds and artisans to come to find materials for their craft.
