Innominus

Innomini are disgraced members of society. They are usually criminals, breaking either the Laws (loosely based on the Codex Justiniani) or the Rules of the Society (behaviour inappropriate for the caste, disobedience towards the Headship, etc.).
People sentenced as the Innomini have several means of changing their status:
Fides
They swear personal fealty to the willing Familia and work towards their redemption. This option is only available in particular cases when courts deem the redemption possible.
Superflui
Unredeemable criminals are sentenced to the Superflui asylum on the Long Island. If they weren't sentenced for life, they later can swear fealty as Fides.
Banishment
There's always a chance to escape to a country without extradiction agreement.
